COVID Measures

Updated 10/4/20

We are working towards re-opening under phase three of the government roadmap which means we hope to re-open with restrictions on Monday 17th May 2021. It is likely that the restrictions will be similar to the 'Rule of 6' between lockdown one and two.

Current roadmap plan is for full operations from 21st June 2021

This means we shall open with our previously submitted COVID plan with local Environmental health department to help prevent the spread of the virus whilst visiting our venue.

Inflatabounce has in place a our full COVID plan with local environmental health and this will once again be reviewed with latest advice before each step of the lockdown easing prior to re-opening. It has been reviewed in accordance with the COVID ACT legislation to ensure we are taking necessary steps to prevent the spread of the virus whilst you are visiting the venue.

The acceptance of this plan is what forms the basis of the venue being classified as 'COVID SECURE'

Amongst many other steps, we have taken the following to ensure your safety:

Online bookings only for track and trace capabilities

Bar code scanner for NHS track and trace APP located as you enter the centre

Reduced capacity. We will be running at 35% of normal pre-COVID numbers between 17th May and 21st June 2021

Reduced capacity allows you more space in the 3300sqm arena

Hand sanitiser stations are located at the entrance to all major intersections for your safety

Max group sizes of 6 people - these must all be within the same support bubble

Social distancing of 2m in arena

Face masks to be worn in all common areas such as reception, toilets and entrance to café area

Regular 'high touch spot' cleaning during the sessions

Daily disinfectant fogging of all inflatable surfaces

All tables and chairs wiped down with disinfectant between sessions

Screen protection between our staff and yourselves

We are currently serving food in the arena area so that you can find a table for the duration of your stay

One way systems

In our conference room we have the latest Clenzair air purification system

We are now operating 3 sessions per day to help keep availability and lower session numbers

These measures will be reviewed weekly by our management team in accordance with any updates or advice received from government or local health authority.
