FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1.   What should my children wear?

    We definitely recommend normal socks to be worn, to prevent blisters more than anything else! After that just comfortable clothes, such as shorts, leggings and t-shirts as it can get quite warm in the Arena.

2.   Do you have food and drinks available?

    Yes! There is the Manor Cafe and Coffee Shop which is open Wednesday-Sunday between 9am and 3pm. Food and drink can be taken into the Arena area if you are staying with your children in that area. We serve breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Great food and very reasonable prices.   

3.   What is the minimum age for children?

    We charge for children 18 months and older and there is a special area just for the Under 5's. Children under 18 months of age are free when accompanied by a paying child.

4.   Do adults have to pay?

    There is no charge for adults and children under 18 months of age are also free as long as they are with a paying child.

5.   Can children without special needs attend the Sunday session?

    Yes they can however we ask them to please be patient, take care and respect others/SEND participants in the Arena.

6.   Can I walk in without booking?

    We do keep a number of tickets for walk-ins for each session. However, once we reach capacity anyone arriving would need to wait for the next session.

7.   I have a toddler, do you have suitable inflatables for them?

     We have inflatables suitable for tots to teens with a dedicated Under 5's area at weekends. If your child feels confident enough they are welcome to use the other inflatables in the Arena. From Wednesday to Friday during term time, we have Inflatatot which is for the under 5's with a reduced number of inflatables. It is open from 10am - 3pm and the charge is £5 per child.

8.   Can I pay using my American Express card?  Unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards

9.  Do you offer a discount for Services Personnel?

    Yes, we offer a 20% discount on presentation of a valid ID.
